Pasta with Kiwi Marinated Kampong Chicken in Tomato and Apple sauce

Preparation:-
1. To marinate the chicken with kiwi juice
2. To boil the tomato and apple till soft and blend
3. Cook the pasta for 10 mins till soft
4. For extra texture, I added in chopped apples and tomatoes.

Instructions:
1. Use VCO to stir fry one small chopped onions, then add in the marinated chicken, fry until it's cook then add in some chopped apples and tomatoes ( for texture).
2. Add one egg yolk ( hard boiled and you can omit this if you don't want to).
3. Once everything is cook, add in the pasta and tomato sauce, and the cooked pasta.
4. Cool it down and serve.
